Deck Socket Covers and Plugs
Flush-Fit Protection.
No Tripping. No Maintenance.
Made in the USA.
Durable deck socket covers and plugs engineered for flush lashing points and aircraft tiedowns.
Made in the USA from tough, high-visibility, pressure-molded plastic, our proprietary covers provide a superior, maintenance-free alternative to traditional bolted and gasketed steel plates. Specifically engineered to meet the stringent "protection of deck fittings" mandates of NAVSEA Standard Item 009-26, they serve as a critical barrier against blast grit, resin, and debris during deck preservation and non-skid application.
By sealing recessed tiedown and lashing points, our covers prevent the buildup of dirt, ice, and contaminants while eliminating the tripping hazards inherent in open sockets—significantly improving personnel safety and reducing long-term shipboard maintenance costs. Quick to install and remove by hand, these covers have been the trusted standard for nearly 40 years on US Navy combatants and US Coast Guard cutters.

RADCO Maritime
A Genuine American Family Business
Robert “Bob” Dluhos founded RADCO in 1987 after serving honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1965 to 1973. Rising from ETR3 to Chief Petty Officer 1st Class, Bob played a key role installing nuclear reactors on S-class submarines and served aboard multiple ships and submarines. After earning his MBA from Northeastern University, he worked for major defense contractors including General Dynamics and Lockheed before launching his own marine products company.
Today, Bob’s family proudly continues his legacy from our base in Jacksonville, Florida — just minutes from Naval Station Mayport and Naval Air Station Jacksonville. As a true family-owned and operated business, we personally stand behind every product we make.
All RADCO deck socket plugs are designed, molded, and finished in the USA with durable materials and rigorous quality control, meeting SAE AS9100 quality management system standards.
Unlike many naval suppliers that are overseas manufacturers operating through anonymous U.S. registered fronts, RADCO is a real American business with deep Navy roots, local presence, and family accountability you can see and trust. We are not just a vendor, we’re your partner.
