How to Secure Your Order

Step 1. Submit a Quote Request.

To initiate an order, email your request to sales@radcomaritime.com. To ensure the fastest possible processing, please include:

• The exact Model Number(s) required

• Total quantity

• The final destination shipping address (required for accurate freight calculation)

Step 2. Real-Time Pricing (3-5 Business Days).

Once your request is received, we calculate exact costs based on the current raw material market, active manufacturing queue times, and real-time heavy freight rates. By pricing your specific run at the time of order, we ensure you receive a highly accurate, unpadded price rather than an inflated estimate protecting against market volatility.

Step 3. Quote Review & Acceptance.

You will receive a formal quote outlining the exact production cost and estimated direct-freight delivery window. Due to the rapid fluctuations of raw materials and diesel freight costs, all quotes are strictly valid for 7 calendar days.

Step 4. Payment & Order Activation.

RADCO Maritime operates strictly on a Payment Upon Order model. We do not offer trade credit, lines of credit, or net payment terms. Once your quote is accepted, 100% payment in full is required. Your order will not be placed into the active manufacturing queue until payment has fully cleared.

Step 5. Manufacturing & Direct Fulfillment.

Immediately upon payment clearance, your manufacturing slot is locked in. To minimize handling and transit time, your freshly manufactured deck socket plugs are shipped directly from the production facility to your designated shipyard or receiving facility.
